Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Rocking Tune - Beginner by Muris Varajic

I tried to be more aware of timing in this recording. Could you suggest lessons to improve that, as well as vibrato? Thanks!

Great take, Mario. You've got a good basic foundation of timing and phrasing. Nothing much to criticise here at all.

Only a couple of things, which is you could make your bending and vibrato more even.

The other is to watch out for playing in front of the beat (rushing) like the notes after you do the bends at 0:21 and 0:22.

Apart from that, you've got some great skills - keep it up ! smile.gif

For more help with vibrato, please check out my Vibrato Odyssey series, which you can view on my profile here

Great take! Nice sound and nice playing! I would suggest to work on your bends some were in tune some weren't if you will practice this lesson for a little longer at a slower tempo you will get it to sound perfect in no time!
