> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Ahoy there mate smile.gif

This piece looks a bit menacing, so in order to get it tight and clean, I would suggest more slow practice - there are parts in the lead section that sound like they need more time invested into getting them in your system before putting them into the REC zone. No hurry, this is not a competition smile.gif

Keep rocking!

Cosmin

Hi man! This lesson is very difficult and you are doing a good effort trying to master it. Everything is ok, and close to perfection until the fast licks appear, there you lose the sync between both hands so the licks don't sound clearly. I think that you could continue practicing this one but als start working on some alternate picking exercises. You can check my ITC at my personal board where many AP exercises are published. Nice take! My advise here would be to isolate problematic parts and work on them individually and maybe practice those specific techniques.

Here are some worth a look :

* Pre bending (for the intro) : https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Phrase-Book-Pre-Bends/
* Hybrid picking (for the ending licks) : https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/hybrid-picking-beginner/
