First you install Superior Drummer on your PC. SD is not working as standalone software, it only works as VST instrument plugin in DAW. Open Cubase and go to PROJECT> INSERT TRACK>INSTRUMENT TRACK, and there you will see the list of possible VST instruments available. Superior drummer should be there.

You can drag-drop midi grooves on the same channel for starters,
I guess SD has groves library, I never tried it myself.
Or you can draw your own grooves in Midi Editor using pencil tool. smile.gif

SD doesn't have it's own MIDI grooves. You have to draw the MIDI yourself. If you have EZD or some expansion you can load that and drag&drop EZD grooves on the SD instrument track and SD will play those MIDI's, or as Muris said, you can draw them manually with a mouse. I find mouse drawing very effective, and not so slow once you get used to it.
If you want you can check out this Monster MIDI Packs from Toontrack for only 19$. It's well worth it, and compatible with SD.

Yes you can.
Actually I'm not sure if drag-drop would work from anywhere on HD
but you can import that midi file for sure.
File-Import-midi file, should be there. smile.gif

Yes you can, import the drums only midi file to the track on which you have Superior drummer assigned and you are ready to go! Some midi files will need rearranging if they are not made with the same drum map, for those you will see/hear which element you need to move to right place (hihat, snare etc).
