Hi all,

I'm glad to be here. Not only do the lessons look very good but the forums are friendly and lots of people reply to your posts!

I started playing guitar way back in the 60's - alright it was near the end of the 60's but still that era!

I played in a few bands when I was in my teens and I got quite good. Then I went to University, got a job, got a wife etc. I didn't really play for the last 20 years.

Now I've bumped into an old friend from my teens and we have a small guitar band. I'm loving it.

I'm not really into shredding but more into blues and melody.

I wish sites like this had been around in my day.

Good to meet you all.

Mike
