Im looking at the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. I want a better cam. Mine stinks and have bad latency issues. Can I use this in Windows Movie Maker? Can I record from a separate audio source? Thanks. You'll need to get used to it and tweak the options a bit to obtaing good framerate (turn some options off, have a good lightning, fiddle a bit with some controls), once you get to know it you can obtain good results. Allows SMOKIN' frame rates without it. Lamps are cheap. Good light is a necessity for photos and video. No need to skimp there. Get a $9 lamp and you're golden. But as for all webcams with small lens, you need considerable amount of light in order to capture it on the CCD chip inside the cam.
