Recording With Reaper

Sep 6 2007, 01:47 AM	GMC:er Posts: 1.311 Joined: 26-February 07 From: Tennessee , USA	Hey guys I just got a mic i ordered to plug into my computer today.Reason i bought it was so i could just plug it in and record stuff right on reaper.When i try to click record on reaper it says not connected?Anyone know how i get the mic to work on reaper so i can record? If it's this you have to arm the track first. Press the red record button on the left of the volume slider on the track you want to record to. Make sure your signal strength is ok, adjust as required and then you can start the recording by pressing the record button on the tape transport. You are then recording to the selected track. Cheers, Tony Yes Tony Thanks though It was the craziest thing.I had to delete the configuration file from when i downloaded reaper.After doing this i guess it make reaper look for all my hardware and it found my mic input.
