Hello lad's, it has been a while:D (Due to examweek etc, and I'm still in it)
But my birthday is coming up (5th Of July) and I was thinking about what I'd get:D

I was thinking acoustic guitar pickup, and now I'm thinking, good speakers!:D
Most of you know that I record and most of the time play trough a pod 2.
But ATM I'm using the "monitor's" speakers, which are incredibly lame, and can't take a bit of gain.
So with good (studio-quality, well, just good) speakers I should be able to get much clearer and better sound over my POD right?
So, any of you can recommend speakers?
200 $ Max definately for now,

Thank's:D

Hey pal, i got a pair of fostex PM.04 which are bi-amped and very good quality, also good to fit on a desk. A lot of the guys use the Edirol monitors which are a bit cheaper but still look pretty good!

Check em out!

Cool! I'll look into it.

Or I could go save for a Fender Tube Amp , Fender Twin-Reverb or something:D

I could certainly recommend Edirol MA-15D monitors. They cost currently € 149 and they do their job very nicely!

I got them a few weeks ago, and they provide me with sufficient quality for monitoring, playing etc through my POD UX2 (as compared to PC speakers I had before), and also compared with some more expensive monitor-sets I think it's really good quality for the money.
