Of course we can!!! I am happy to start getting into improvisation with you!
What style are you interested in?? So I can prepare the right assignment for you! smile.gif

Awesome !

Well I'm a strange guy, I love metal, death metal and things like that, but I'm really interested in blues, there is an unique feeling that you can't get no where else.

So, something around blues and rock would be perfect. smile.gif

Hi! How are you doing?
I have created a new assignment for you!
Here is the backing track!
http://soundcloud.com/alex-feather-akimov/rockshuffle
It's a minor blues
The chord changes are:
A7 - D7 - A7 - E7 - D7 - A7
I have a really good exercise that will help you develop your own style!
I want you to start creating your own licks!
To start we will use A minor blues pentatonic in 3 positions:

You can use any notes from those positions !Try to combine them together and turn them into short licks!
I would like to hear what you can come up with before I will give you examples!
Let me know if you need help or have any questions!

Great question! Usually the best way is to end on a chord tone or just go high and resolve your solo!
It will be easier for me if you could record something this way I can help you much faster! smile.gif
Glad you like the track! smile.gif
