Today its queensday here, and I was watching, just now. The queen and family were in a bus, doing drive trough city, and from another camera, somewhere else, there was a car that just RAN into the people mass high speed and against the monument:X People being re-animated, kids on the ground, 14 hurt probably dead people. What the..... that's not cool. I bet youll see it on CNN or somewhere else. He was probably heading for the bus with the queen and family in it. Tijdens het bezoek van de koninklijke familie in Apeldoorn is een auto met hoge snelheid door de afzetting gereden en in het zicht van de koningin tegen een zuil gereden. Daarbij zijn zeker twee mensen om het leven gekomen.

Live op televisie was te zien dat een zwaar beschadigde zwarte Suzuki Swift kwam aangereden en de zuil ramde. Hij was door de mensenmassa heengereden en had 23 mensen geraakt. Een agent op de fiets sprong op tijd opzij.

Er zijn 12 gewonden, van wie een aantal er slecht aan toe is. De bus met de koningin brak direct de rit af.

4 people are killed by this assault.

It was an attack that was planned, a 38 old Dutch man did this on purpose.

We are shock that on a Dutch celebration day this had happend

Yeah, it seems from the first moments the police talked with the suspect when he was still jammed in the car that it was on purpose ....

It was on purpose,it (as far as we know) was a one man show. They're searching his home at the moment.

The guy had lost his job and couldnt afford his house anymore, there should be coming new people in his home tomorrow, he probably had a nervous breakdown and just wanted revenge. He seemed to have a "storybook" of the Royal Family and it's route. We don't yet know how he got that. Just glad it's not some terrorists attack.

Why should someone plan to do things like that??! If he lose his job and etc etc why he is trying to hurt others instead of realizing that he and only he is responsible for failures in his life?! I can`t understand that Horrible.

Terrible thing indeed but in my opinion there are much more terrible things that happen every day people blowing themselves up because they believe it's right killing and wounding allot of innicent people, people loose their jobs and cannot feed their children anymore because of the crisis that is going on...

It was both scheduled and planned.

So you are referring to the fact that it appeared to be anisolated attack. Not one of a group.

Very bad news indeed, I heard the driver is dead by now, which I think serves him right.

Can't believe anybody would do something like that...
Because of this, also alot of parties were cancelled (Rotterdam, Apeldoorn) but Amsterdam didn't which I was glad about because at the time this happened I was on my way to Amsterdam.

I`ve seen it on TV yesterday... Just horrible! That´s not fair to take other people´s life just because you can´t deal with yours! I think this guy had a big chance that he died because his punishment should be more horrible than death!
