Oh...my...god! These things sound AMAZING!!! If you like that smokey, Texas blues sound like Stevie Ray Vaughan then these are the pickups for you! Also, I am amazed at how different the pickups sound from each other. With the stock pickups, the neck, middle and bridge sounded a little different from each other, but not that much. Now, they sound completely different! I am going through my old blues lessons now (Ivan's stuff mostly) and playing each one with a different pickup...they sound like different songs! If you are thinking about this upgrade...stop thinking and get them! I promise you will be amazed! I was actually laughing last night at how good my guitar sounded! I'll try to put up a video soon!

You will find so many different tones with those pup's. I have been using them for a long time. Only thing I wasn't fond of was the bridge pup, it's a bit ice picky in the ear so I threw a s.d. cool rail in my bridge position and I love to play my guitar. I'm happy for you, definitely work with the positions 2 and 4 and roll back volume on guitar, you can ultimately get any tone. Congrats
