Just as Smells says, we are all still learning how this will work. One thing to bear in mind is that this is not exactly how things will look for the wider MTP program when we launch it - we will be looking for members at all levels to be both Mentors and Students in this program - the fact that its Kris and Smells at the moment isn't necessarily indicative of how we want to run it when we launch it, and we may or may not involve the other instructors.
As others have pointed out, there will likely be a flood of people asking for mentors and too few mentors to go around so we are looking at ways to manage that problem as well. I always seem to get side tracked and spend hours working on something else Im glad its working out for you guys |
