Sorry, I usually respect other peoples opinion, but PEPSI vs COKE? Wth man? Coca cola is so far beyond any soda's on this planet. Pepsi should be spilled in the toilet, I actually hate pepsi.

pretty scary (theme from twilight zone). 3 dillons. that is a dillons triangle. we had a dillions triangle in lawrence, many strange and unexplained things used to occur within the dillons triangle. like one time, i was doing my wash, and a sock disappeared. then they built a 4th one, so i think we are safe now.

Coke - Diet only, regular is too sweet ...

I read somewhere that the substitions for sugar used in diet drinks are strongly cancerogenic - be careful! (We need more theory here wink.gif )

I used to deal with Vendors, and they both sucked, but Coke actually put their crap away right, although they did over order a lot, I would go with coke. Coke tastes better to me, I prefer diet over regular. Pepsi is to sharp, and way to bubbly. Plus, the Pepsi vendors are usually crack monkeys.

Im a Diet Coke man.

I do know that Splenda (which is used in a lot of diet drinks now) eats away at your stomach lining. So if you have too much of it it can cause some problems for you later on. My wife used to use half a pack of Splenda in her coffee every morning until it started giving her really bad stomach cramps. That's how we ended up finding out about the stomach lining thing. But what can you really do, most processed food is bad for you for one reason or another.....either it has something like that or trans fat or high fructose corn syrup or mono sodium glutamate(MSG....not the Michael Shanker Group) in it. To be honest I never really cared about what was in my food for a long time until I started touring heavily with my old band and ate that crap and fast food everyday. It started wearing down my body really fast and that's when my wife(girlfriend at the time) started getting onto me about it. I've always been a skinny guy and it wasn't like I started really gaining weight, but started feeling really bad all the time and started noticing that I was having heart palpitations and weird stuff like that. So I started eating better, drinking less, quit smoking and started excercising. Haha I know that's not very rock n roll/metal , but I was only 23 and if i walked more than a few blocks I was winded......and if I had to run at all sometimes my left arm and the left side of my chest would start to hurt...which is always a bad sign. I know all of this is a little off the subject of whether coke is better than pepsi (I choose Coke, but my mom would choose Pepsi), but to add to Kris' point, most of the stuff we eat is crap and we should pay more attention to what's in our foods. I think if I hadn't started taking care of myself I would probably a 150lbs diabetic by now and would probably be dead by 45 or 50. Also, some advice for anyone who might be touring for the first now or in the future....you don't have to eat fast food all the time, you can always buy some descent canned foods or bring a cooler and keep a few things in it that won't go bad too quickly. You'll eat at least a little better and you'll save a lot of money.

Having brewed my own, beer, I'd say no. Water, grains, sometimes a little sugar and yeast mostly.
