Hmm, I'm not sure about the classic webcam,I mean maybe, but still didn't found some footage that meets the standards for HD picture. But if you wanna give 200 euros for quality - then make sure to check out reviews and YT links for THIS one !

The go pro is a great little camera! But it's not a webcam as far as I know in that it doesn't do live streaming. It's basically a very small HD Handy Cam so you are looking shooting video then transferring, then syncing it up with your audio in post production. This is what many folks do all the time. It's just something to consider.
If you are ok with a little more complexity in your production/post production process then shooting non sync sound (shooting audio separate from video) is fine. But if none of this makes any sense to you as of yet, you may want to start with web cam to record directly in to a movie file on your computer and have the audio come in at the same time from a different source. If this too makes no sense, don't worry, all of this will be more clear as you go Todd Hmm, I'm not sure about the classic webcam,I mean maybe, but still didn't found some footage that meets the standards for HD picture. I would recommend to go for a compact camcorder that can handle HD and records on SD cards. Its very convenient way to shoot good quality videos and transfer them to your computer for editing etc. I can recommend ones made by Sanyo for cool set of features and image quality.

People record with the backing all the time There is an entire thread about it. Here is the link.
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=46040 The 9000 is a great place to start but needs a good bit of light. If you go up to the next model, you get 1080p and a little better sensor/chip. Check the logitech web site for some info. The spiff one is about $99 US. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/webcam-commu...pro-webcam-c920 Above that, you are looking at HD Handy Cam as mentioned. Many have FIREWIRE so you can do webcam functionality with the. It's what I use in Video Chat Lessons A sony HD Handycam via FIREWIRE. But if your pc doesn't have Firewire, it won't help. You can always record audio and video and sync later in post production if you use a handycam. Todd Thanks for all the recommendations! , I'll try and search each one of your recommendations on Google, and see what conclusion I'll get to . By the way, Todd. I currently have a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, and it can record in 720p, but it just doesn't seem like the quality I want, maybe I should do some research on it or try and do something with the lightning. But I know that I can record video & audio at the same time, so I don't have to synchronize the video & audio track, but then the problem occurs when I have to get the backing track in over at the same time, hmm. And again thanks! Tobias |
