These are hilarious. Isn't it kind of disturbing that our idea of humor is seeing other people in pain? tongue.gif

This idiot in the UK is infinitely more stupid. It was caught on a CCTV camera. He did survive it by the way but he is very lucky.

When I was a kid (about 14) I did something similar. We were jumping our bikes over a wooden ramp, and I had the bright idea of going across the street to a parking lot so I could get a BIG head start and launch of the jump. Well...it never occurred to my super intelligent 14 year old thinking that a CAR might want to use the road as well! I crashed right into the side of the car as it drove down the road. A fraction of a second later, and the car would have run me over! I wasn't hurt at all...just banged up a bit. My bike was trashed though. Very stupid...and very lucky!

Here's a similar one for you OC!

If he'd jumped the barrier fine he would have been dead. It's only because he caught his foot that he is still alive.

Man sometimes people can just be so foolish...granted I bet you none of them saw it coming...specially the kid on the railing...wow that could have been so much worse.

I think everybody does stupid things when they are younger but eventually you learn and as you get older you stop doing the silly things. I used to jump off buildings all the time into bushes and stuff. I was an idiot but I survived and I would never do it now.

Damn....why people do such things sad.gif

Posted by: Crazyfret Jan 23 2009, 04:24 PM

Extremely lucky that kid. Its why barriers are put there, to keep pedestrians and vehicles apart.

I suppose there's no accounting for foolish actions!

The second one... haha laugh.gif The right answer to being stupid. smile.gif
