Hi there! smile.gif

I've one question about how to hold the pick when strumming e.g. a chord. Could someone eventually post a picture (better a small video) of him strumming a simple pattern? I'm struggling with that, because I loose my pick quite often when strumming a faster pattern. sad.gif

Any help appreciated!

The general idea when strumming is to keep the pick strictly parallel with strings, because if you strum at angle, the tip of the pick will tend to go out of the grip and the whole pick is "escaping" from the grip.

The key is to hold the pick not too hard or too soft.

Try not to angle pick when strumming as it will create scratch effect on strings. Straight angle is the best way to go in my opinion!
