Hi GMC,
Your hear a great solo and what to tab it out. But it is way to fast, you need to slow down and loop the track What kind of tools do you use to slowdown and loop the track without losing the pitch of song? Do you know a site to download the software for it? Cheers -------------------- Gear:

Any daw should do this for you. -------------------- "If the need is deep, you WILL find a way , if it isn't, you'll find some excuse"

Audacity or Reaper is recommended.

I use the stretch function in Nuendo, it's not ideal when you slow it down a lot, but it's OK.
You can do it with Reaper, it has a free 30 days trial period (and if after 30 days you decide that is not for you, simply delete it) This post has been edited by Ivan Milenkovic: Jul 24 2011, 01:29 PM -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

Some great replies! You didn't mention what plaform you are using (Mac/PC), or which DAW you are using? Pro Tools, Nuendo, Logic, Reaper?

VLC Media Player is free and it can actually slow down audio and/or video files without loosing the pitch.
Results are not amazing - but usable! I personally use Cubase DAW and its time stretch function to slow down parts. Here is a link for the VLC : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net

Thanks. How much % can you stretch within your DAW? I have checked with mine and it is 50% Only 25% with pretty good results and it's unlimited when set as an "effect" but the results are not that good. I use Cubase 5. -------------------- For GMC support please email support (at) guitarmasterclass.net
