I've wanted one of these neck through body Ibby's forever. And I've wanted this exact version. Just look at her. I should not be bidding on yet another ibby 6 string, but I can't help myself. This one is driving me crazy!! Anybody else in gear fever?

Yes I am, I have however mostly got over my Ibanez obsession.

I am obsessing over a guitar that at the moment does not exist, I will have to get it made by Danocaster or make it myself from Mark Jenny parts (and a final going over by a trusted setup guy).

It will be a light relic'd Candy Apple Green Tele, Double bound in Black and black pickguard, Maple neck with Jumbo frets, Bare Knuckle Mule Bridge Humbucker and Bare Knuckle Mississippi Queen humbucker sized P90 in the neck both with chrome covers.

Yes, me too. I was hoping my obsessions would be culled, but I still want that burl top Ibanez, an American Standard Tele, Les Paul with a Floyd Rose, a Warwick bass and an acoustic bass.

The Ibanez and acoustic bass seem the most financially attainable at the moment, and even that is gonna be hard to justify.

Good luck on that Ibanez.

I've just never been in to Telcaster body shapes sad.gif But to each his own!!!! smile.gif I've owned at least a couple of Les Paul body shapes, but in the end, sold them off as those weren't for me either. I keep coming back to the "Superstrat" body style just for it's comfort and playability and then once and a while I go off the rails and buy something POINTY smile.gif But that's why they make different shapes!!! So folks can have all kinds of guitars smile.gif

That Ibby in the pic that I'm eyballing is one I've always wanted. Neck through body, mahogany, amazing finish. Just a killer looking guitar with endless sustain. I would like to replace the bridge pickup with an original V8 from the Fuji factory smile.gif There are wads of them on ebay all of the sudden!!!

yeah, I know what you mean, I never used to be keen on the tele shape either, but over the last year or so they just really grew on me into a bit of an obsession!

Hey Spock those are both lovely finishes on those teles. They remind me a little of this flame top one which I was very tempted by -

They all look awesome tbh. Im not too keen on the placement of the volume knobs but I was tempted to go for the flame top. I think the vintage vibe of the orange one with the p90s won me over...... so far smile.gif
