How to prevent detuneing or somthing

Malmsteen says it depends on how you bind strings on your guitar and his guitar never goes out of tune he said. So my question is what do you people at gmc do against this? bye E. ( goldmember for the nubs) wel its possible that your strings are old . When you use your tremolo arm without a amp. do you hear the strings go tsiing or something ( its like they come loose or something ) not that this is important , but my guitar has it , when the string are older.
