Hi Luciana!
My question for you is regarding vibrato. I play guitar and sing in two bands and I have a pretty decent rock and roll style voice. The problem is that I am limited to songs which require only that. If I have to hold notes or long passages I just fall apart. I would love to be able to sing as well as Myles Kennedy from Alter Bridge. I need to work on my vibrato to put some emphasis on longer notes and passages. Can you give me any advice on vibrato and how to practice it?

Hi Kris!
I tried to click on "my account" so that I could renew it but its asking my for a paypal email address and password and I dont remember setting one up. When I click on forum or video lessons it automatically signs me in as GrowingDown1 but I cant renew my subscription without that password and username. Can you send my a link to a renewal form?

Hi Jerry!
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me concerning this topic. My sister is graduating college in May and I am flying home for the ceremony and while there my Dad's band and I are going to play a show for her and her friends. We have included the song Plush by the Stone Temple Pilots in the setlist. I have played this song both acoustic and plugged in but we are going to do the original version. The thing is that I can't seem to get the sound right. On the album it sounds like he is using a Flanger effect over some light distortion but I can't quite seem to get the mix right. I will be using a PRS Custom 22 through a DI Box into the mixer, a Digitech DF-7 Distortion factory and a Boss BF-3 Flanger for this song. Any ideas on how I can get close to the sound on the album? Once again, thank you for any help!

Hi all!
Wow, Im not really sure what to start a topic about here but Ill give it a go.....
Mark Tremonti is one of my all time favorite guitarists. Don't get me wrong Ive been around for a while and love the greats like Paige, Zappa, Clapton and the likes, but I just love Mark's style and use of alternate tunings and his trusty Morely wah, not to mention PRS, which I own and recommend to anyone who wants serious quality form their instrument. It seems to me that these days there is so much screamo and other trendy music and I love the fact that Mark's music remains popular while at the same time retaining some of the classic elements that make rock music what it is. For example, wah wah, pentatonic licks, harmonizing lyrics, screaming lead guitars over catchy choruses. Anyway, in my opinion Mark embodies the ultimate rock guitarist, and I thank him for all the great music he has given the world over the years. GMC and Mark Tremonti rock!

Hi Kris!!
Ok, I dont want to sound like a baby but this is really bothering me. I recently purchased a PRS Custom 22 and it is just amazing. I love this guitar more than I can express. One problem, I love it so much, I cant stand to see the little scratches in the finish that come naturally from playing the instrument. They are only noticeable in the right light but its driving me mad. On the back of the guitar you can see where maybe my belt rubs against it through my shirt and there are little scratches in the finish. Also on the front where maybe the pick touches it when Im playing I see the same thing. So, my question is, do you or any of the other amazing instructors know of any type of guitar polish that can remove these damn things? Its just that I spent a great deal of money on this thing and I want to have it for the rest of my life and want to try to keep it in as good of condition as possible. I dont care the cost, if you know of any polish that can take these things out, please let me know! Thanks to you and all the instructors for the best tool a guitarist can have!
