I really enjoy playing GitarHero III (and World Tour), a lot. I'm proud to have the highest score between my boyfriend and I *woohoo* We have had several nights with beer and annoying our neighbours to extent. *hehe* Oh, it was also escpesially fun to have a prelude-GH-party-thingy and then just walk to the outdoor concert that Metallica had in 2008.

Anyhow- Yes, my question to you talented guys at GMC:
Can anyone of you play Fire & Flames on your guitar?
I think I have seen Kristofer Dahl doing some of that...or did I dream it?

"- We are Metallica, a small band from Norway. We would love to get a record contract", said James Hetfield , and the audience responded with huge laughter. (Yesterday Metallica had a secret performance in Texas for some 2000 fans).
Link to the original.

Hello? Well, must say my jaw dropped a notch when I read it over. Did not know if I should laugh, be affended or cry. *uh & haha*. Do Norwegians have a bad reputation or something...what's going on?

...when it comes to tuning your guitar. Which way (how) do you choose to tune it and may I ask why?

I bought a book when I bought my guitar and it includes a CD with some tutorials, as well as tuning sounds from a piano. I mean: the piano sound of E-B-G-D-A-E. The guy in the shop did a grace tune-over for me, but how can I be certain the guitar is in perferct pitch? The way I do it now (for now) is playing the piano note, and then strumming the string and try to listen if its ok. I also got a tuning device with the guitar, but that is to me more guidance than the ultimate solution, because the damn "light-thingy-indicator" is never actually only green.

I love Whitesnake (amongst many others) biggrin.gif and wonder if any of you know about lessons for beginners that covers some of their riffs? (Anything with whitesnake would be appreciated)
I made a search here at GMC website, but did't find any tabs ... or anything I could use - as a beginner.

Can you help?

Regards,
~Rapitap.
