EDIT: I tried it as I saw that KRIS was doing it. I found it to have a TON of lag. Is it just me?

No, both youtube and u-stream have a minimum of 30s delay it seems.

it's the necessary delay to the government to analyse and store the contents of the stream

hehe yes 30 seconds is probably enough for the 1 million Chinese people supposedly working on the censoring department.

Heck, maybe that's why there are so many viewers?!
