I get into work and there is a major problem that needs fixing. I sort it out just as I'm about to finish and then the next day it is broke again. Why can't things just work.

Also at dinner today a guy walked into me with his coffee and got it all down me burning my arm a bit. I'm cheesed off.

Anybody else have these problems or is it just me. Thank god it's the weekend.

I have freshers flu which is school related i guess (I'm not working atm) - thats all thats going wrong with me at the moment.

It does make waking up the hardest thing in the entire day but the rest of the day could be worse.

This isn't another complaint thread This is just complaining about work. But I hate travelling to my parents house. They live 200 miles from me.

Also I'm currently in tears because I'm only 4/5 stars on GMC. I was 5 stars yesterday I don't know how I will live.

Anybody want to own up

I used to be a high paid support engineer , servers always bust, networks went down,and pcs blew up - and people used to shout at me. I found the whole thing very stressful hence why i left that area

Im now studying to be a web developer in the hope i can work for myself in the future

Last time I looked at my profile, i was 3. probably lower now. even lower after this response. I would have considered it a far worse tragedy had my heater not kicked in yesterday (a spider web was blocking the vent, that can happen over summer). I would say in the order of seriousness, here are my rankings

1) Slow Pain full death
2) Painful death
3) quick death.
4) slow painful death of someone I love

7) Roof over my head and food tied at 7th place

haha. It reminds me of what Mudhoney said once. When everybody was saying stuff about grunge and Seattle and they had sarcasm at the start of one of their songs in reply to people who hated grunge and Seattle. They said "Everybody loves us, Everybody loves our town". I love it

But yes my goal certainly isn't to be the most popular person round here as I know it can't happen. Most people don't like my personality but I can deal with that I'm here to become an amazing guitarist

OC, you have personality. Don't worry about it.

You know, recently in the US, the way our Senate confirms Supreme Court justices was changed, to needing 60 votes out of 100, rather than a simple majority as has been traditional. I felt this was a bad thing. The best are never universally popular, they tend to be controversial, and take positions at times that go against the herd.
