If you hear the guitar on the backing track you can not remove it. There is no such software, especially not for free. I don't know about that Slayer lesson but all backing tracks shoud be available in 3-4 different speeds. If that one has guitar and you don't want the guitar, ask the instructor to export one track for your needs.

you can change speed with some plugins. If you use cubase there should be something called "strech audio" or similar. I also have a small program called "Transcribe" that can slow the track. If you go for more than 30% the result is really bad but works for practicing.

but i'm need a increase yhe speed from 120bpm to 140bpm

If you use Cubase/Nuendo ask Lian to give you the backing, then import the backing into project, and set it to proper bars@120bpm tempo. Then dial in the 140bpm tempo, and stretch the event so it comes to the same bar as it was on 120bpm tempo.
