Interesting. I don't think that is speech as we know it. It can be anything really, but possible coming from intelligent source. I do believe in aliens.

I do too, but I'm pretty sure they haven't visited us and never will, and we will probably never even get any contact with any other intelligent life. Atleast not for a while.

Btw, maybe I have missed something, but this just looks like some random dude that have made some stuff and put it on youtube.
