Hey man.

I got a really important question for you that I think a lot of people would like to know. When you want to play stacatto while slapping the bass, do you stop the string from ringing in your slapping or in your fretting hand?

Thanks in advance, this seems really important to me.

When you want to cut the note you just slapped or plucked , release the pressure in your left hand (fretting hand) in order to stop the string from ringing and mute it.

Thats the way to go...
