Hi everyone,
I've bought some time ago a TriAxis from the USA. The power source has been changed (I live in France). Everything was fine.
But recently, I can't use it : there is only a couple of leds which switch on, the valves are heating, but I've got no output sound and I can't change any patch. I'm so desperate ! sad.gif

If by any chance you have any idea, I'd be delighted !
Thanks

Did you plug the 120V to 220V ? sounds like you burnt it down.

Seems like some internal issue. Unplug the device, turn it on while unplugged to empty to current, then open the device, check for connections, see if anything is burned or anything.

It could be that:

- some leads are burned from heat, use contact spray and clean the connections a bit
- check the internal battery, it could be dead
- check the fuse
- check the voltage

see if you can get it up and running. If not, or if you aren't sure what you are doing, take it to experienced electrician who had some experience with similar gear. It could be just a minor issue, let's hope so.

You have to use an adaptor in order to use it in France. Or buy the proper power supply

Thanks everyone. I did buy a MesaBoogie power supply to use 220V (and it was damn expensive !). So I don't think it's the problem.
I'll try what Ivan suggested. I've bought online some DeoXit to clean the connections. I'll tell you if it works. (and I really hope so !).
