The Cosmic Scorn
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Chorus
The Cosmic Scorn
Retribution, From the heart of stars
A Burning sensation, Shall consume all
The Cosmic Scorn
Engulfed in a light of fire
The wrath of the cosmos, Bring eternal night

Centuries of earthly degradation
The stars look upon thee with disdain
The gods have given all fate to the devil
In Satan’s hands you shall remain

Abandon the laws of the universe
And take for granted, All that we give
Suck her dry of all she will ever have
No remorse, We must progress

A Cosmic action, shall take place
The alignment, Slowly begins
Mankind knows not the limits
And for this, They all shall pay

Chorus
The Cosmic Scorn
Retribution, From the heart of stars
A Burning sensation, Shall consume all
The Cosmic Scorn
Engulfed in a light of fire
The wrath of the cosmos, Bring eternal night

Nature, and all the natural beauty
Slowly consumed by the war machine
If not fuel for the continuation of man
Fuel for there most evil of deeds

The poor remain poor
The hungry continue to starve
As the “lucky” walk within
There gluttonous city streets

Abandon all the moral restrictions
Give all sympathy to the weak
Show no remorse, In taking life
Continue to feed, The war machine

HARMONY

No concept of love, hope, or joy
In an artificial society
Mass produce the human gene
Mindless workers roam the earth alone

The art that inspires
Now a threat for us to advance
Deprive the masses of emotion
Tame them all, Because we can

Abandon the laws of the universe
And take for granted, All that we give
Suck her dry of all she will ever have
The Cosmic Scorn, Shall begin

Chorus
The Cosmic Scorn
Retribution, From the heart of stars
A Burning sensation, Shall consume all
The Cosmic Scorn
Engulfed in a light of fire
The wrath of the cosmos, Bring eternal night
The Cosmic Scorn
Feel the burning heat
The Alpha’s rays burn deeper still
The Cosmic Scorn
Slowly it all will end
Never to begin again

The Cosmic Scorn
The end of man

Ok so the story hear is this.

In the future, mankind has advanced amazingly, But a major cost; The earth is dying, the masses are produced solely for the consumption of the "nation". The Nation is the leading world power, and they are slowly leading the entire human race to and end.

The "Cosmos", If you will, Observe this from the stars and/or space....Upon seeing the trail man are going down to, and the eventual end with them taking all there lives, along with the planets, the "Cosmos" decides not to allow this, On one beautiful night, when the mindless masses are walking about, The stars all align, and scorch the earth with there heat......Damaging the earth, But saving it as well. The human race is wiped out.

Reminds me of "Blackened", just with more solos, better lyrics, and of course more epic. Nice job wink.gif

hm, I don't know what it is but... Every time you strike with something epic, it strikes me in the head saying "you could learn something from him". So, looks nice. Have You got some kinda "duel" going on with those solos?
