Some of you may have read that I worked on the Lace stand at the London International Music Show this year.
Friends of mine have a distribution company and recently became the UK distributor for Lace pickups and guitars amongst other companies inc "The Valve" amp and Tuscany Guitars. Well, my payment for working on the stand for the 5 days (inc set up and breakdown) was a brand new Tuscany Guitar "Rush Custom", which is a Gibson Les Paul Replica with a Floyd Rose trem, a very nice payment indeed and its a guitar I really enjoy playing. Some of you may have seen me use it in Gabes recent Iron Maiden collaboration, but to my suprise so did some other people, amongst them was Italian Luthier Galeazzo Frudua who oversee`s the set up all the Tuscany guitar range, fret dresses etc and he added me into his website using my youtube video of my take for the collab Something that I didnt know anything about until my friends sent me the link, nice suprise ...... now wheres my advertising cash!!! http://www.tuscanyguitars.com/tuscany_media.html scroll down to the bottom of the page, by the way some good tips on setting up a floyd rose as well on that page.
