> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Howdy man!

Great to see that you have such a productive practicing pace!

I think that this take is very close to perfection, but I would raise the volume of the guitar in the mix, as it's a bit too much behind and there's a slightly muted/missed note around 0:58. Otherwise, I think you did a pretty darn good job - good timing and clean playing!

Keep up the good work!

Cosmin

Great technique there, man.

One dodgy note at 1:04 but apart from that, totally top notch !

Hey mate! Great to see You working on my lesson smile.gif Just a few things aside from Your accurate right hand picking smile.gif

1. Wrong notes - last note of each major scale is repeated in the last two G-major sections - 0:23 to 0:26
2. You did very common mistake in the final part - take a look at the original lesson. Final part starts form the upstroke and whle picking direction is switched smile.gif
