GMC Forum _ GEAR & PRODUCTION _ Help Buying Another Guitar !

Posted by: q8gust Jan 3 2010, 09:01 AM

Hi guys,

a guy is selling a jem7vwh for 800 USD. There aren't that many guitars in my country so I think this might be a real deal. I'm getting

pictures of the guitar soon. I really want the guitar smile.gif

I was wondering if anyone could help me to decide if it's a good deal or not. I have no idea yet about the year or the make of the

guitar. Does anyone have any tips for me or any advice about the jem7v ??

I really can't wait for the pictures !!

ps: I will add the pictures ASAP

800 bucks is a real rip-off price... smile.gif If its the Steve Vai model, they normally sell for at least 11-1200 bucks. I dont think the year here matter, Ibanez made all JEM's in top quality. I think its a bargain, just go for it!

Be careful to check it's not a China made scam JEM.

My JEM Jr is made in Korea and its finishing it top class (although might not be as original) It was like 600$ new. These days I think they are made in Indonesia and costs like $700 (JEM Jr). We import and lots of factor goes here for cost.

sounds like a good deal if it's an original
