Hello!, New to guitar -

I'm hoping to obtain a deeper understanding of playing the guitar as well as acquire some skill playing it. This appeared to be a quite active community so I signed up. I enjoy all kinds of music, but my favorite bands are Tool, Muse and Radiohead. I'm hoping this site has a much information as it appears to.... However many learn on the acoustic, for the basics and stuff, if yours is a nylon string, take a look at the lessons by Gerardo Siere, Vinod, they are great.
