I have never used one before. Hell, I had no idea people made these. They seem interesting, but I think they would wear out a bit fast... unless I was playing folk music. Maybe I shall order a couple in the future and test them out. Thanks for the heads up!

Nice.! ..well i'll try a few of them soon.Couple of hard woods and softer woods..ofcours they will wear in time
but as the article said, that's part of using a natural product. Also the wearing shapes your sound....mm we'll see dry.gif

I knew a guy who played mandolin in a bluegrass band, and he used a wooden pick. I borrowed it for a little while and tried in on a accoustic guitar. It does feel a little different, but tone wise I couldn't really tell a difference.
