Thanks for this lesson Pavel. I have short fat fingers and no matter how vertical I keep my fingers they are so wide I cant help hittng other strings. I have no problem with palm muting the upper strings, however I am having trouble muting the high E string with my index finger in this lesson. What I have done in the past when playing legato on the B string is mute the e string with the middle finger of my right hand after I pick the first note. Is this a bad habit I need to break? Any suggestions?

Well if it works for you than it's ok but i am not sure you'll always be able to mute it like that.
Here is an advice: you can mute it like that but still work on stretching your fingers and eventually you'll be able to mute it with the index finger.
