I've thought it for years and once my father in law got it and died from it I was even more convinced, it came as no surprise to be honest, shame, the bloke is a legend.

It really is shame. He's a living legend and it's awful to see more and more of the greats fall victim to the ravages of time/age. We just lost Neil from Rush and way to many others last year.
