Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Sorry for the quality and not being able to see the picking hand, I need to buy a stand for my camera and for this video had to rest the camera on my feet to be able to see the guitar (it was awkward)

Everything was nicely connected but there are some things you can work on. The first thing is the vibrato. Your vibrato is not coming from the wrist and is not wide enough. It has to be much more deeper and consistent. You should be vibrtaing in 8th notes feel. The second thing is bends. They are too slow and not tight enough. Then I noticed your fingering. Whenever you have opportunity to use your pinky just go for it. The lick before the end was the right place for that but you played it with 3 fingers. Jump to the position before and refinger the lick quickly. That will help you later with more complex stuff when you come across something similar. The sound is also very sharp, but I think it's because of the camera mic. It doesn't sound like you mixed it in a program. Overall you did a good job with the nice melody flow.

I agree with Emir here, especially about the vibrato technique. Good job anyway.

Work on your vibrato and bending, that's something you should pay more attention right now. Make it much wider and consistent. Each bend should be in tune.

Nice work! Bends and vibratos are not so precise indeed, but practice it as Emir said and can be perfect.

Very good. I think the sound is lacking whole low end of spectrum. The playing along is very good, needs some refinement, but all in all very cool. Vibratos could be more wider and syncronised with the track tempo.

Well, this is a really nice take. As Emir said before you must work on your vibrato's and bendings. And try to work on your sound too. Hope to see you increase your skills in the next take.
