I have found that alcohol doesn't do any good to my physique, playing, working or writing. And to be honest vitamine drink doen't feel very appealing either.. In home I drink mostly home made juice from berries, milk and sometimes I drink yoghurt straight from the can Also sometimes beer, but I don't drink that much to get drunk anymore. I do like alcohol in small amounts, but i HATE hangovers so i just drink a bit.
