Yep water definitely. I have found that alcohol doesn't do any good to my physique, playing, working or writing.

And to be honest vitamine drink doen't feel very appealing either.. Ivan you should try an apple cool.gif

In work I try to drink mineral water (with bubbles) but also I drink coffee.
In home I drink mostly home made juice from berries, milk and sometimes I drink yoghurt straight from the can tongue.gif

Also sometimes beer, but I don't drink that much to get drunk anymore. (Have done it when I was younger)

My favorite type of drink is probably fresh juice of any kind, I have yet to try anything that is as refreshing. But now its fall, and one of my favorite fall beers is on the market - Pumpkin Ale biggrin.gif Not all of them are good, some are actually pretty disgusting. But the few good ones are fantastic. Try it if you get a chance wink.gif

I agree with all of this, except for one thing, the writing part biggrin.gif My writing definitely improves after a few beers, but not too many beers of course. I get to the level where its just enough to lubricate the gears in my mind wink.gif But of course, everyone is different, I wouldn't expect everyone to have the same experience.

i drink mostly water from monday to friday, but on weekends a do like to drink a good bottle of pilsen or jagger beer (my favorites) , or a glass of rum with coke or a nice dry red wine.

I do like alcohol in small amounts, but i HATE hangovers so i just drink a bit.

BTW this is a peruvian beer that we export a lot, everyone should try it, it's very tasty:
