Try the trash lessons, and do some riffing. Also practise alternate picking and make a daily routine out of it. Keep rockin man!

In addition to the great lessons mentioned above, I would recommend doing at least a few of Kris's 101 lessons to ensure you have some solid core concepts about things like how to practice, how to use a metronome, phraseing and improvising over a Pentatonic scale. You can then specialize in the areas you wish to practice by useing any of the fab videos in our archive!! For Riffing there are dozens of great Lessons by Pavel, Gabriel, Juan and many more.
