Jumping Around - Intermediate, bar # 7 - 8 and 9

Bar 8 would be double before bar 9? Or I would think I'm not playing bar 7 and 8 properly. I am using backing track 4, slower tempo. Thanks a lot for your input. Norm Bahh!
