New Metal Song

I have been struggling with the middle section and end of this song which I want to use a lot of acoustic stuff that is as of now, Just a bit beyond my reach. So I'm uploading the first part of it to see what you guys think of it. Pretty heavy tune, with some nice octave-y riffs and plenty machine gun drums. I agree with Ivan you should add midi bass - that's actually one of the fake instruments that work best for metal. Usually bass isn't that audible in this kind of music. Another thing which would make th emix cooler - was if you slightly changed the velocity of each snare hit. It would make it sound more like areal drummer. Its kinda irritating really, I usually love the heavy riffing and the sound of death metal (and similar metal subgenres) but I just can't stand growl vocals which unfortunatly makes it impossible for me to listen to this kind of music.
