(although im quite sure that they make tuners that go at least a whole step down) if you have acces to a piano or keyboard, then hit the low e flat (or d sharp, same thing) and tune the guitar to it. then just tune up like u usually do except move the fret up one. So...... instead of 55545 its 66656. EDIT: sorry, ignore that whole thing. I though u wanted a half step down on everything. i dont know what to do in that situation with half and whole steps tuned down and up. But if u want to tune down a half step, that way is fine ^.
