Just been to the toilets and a bloke was drying his bell end under the hand drier. Wtf?????

That's really funny.
How about those Dyson dryers that have air blades.
If I was going to dry my bell in a public bathroom, this is would be an ideal device.

Most hand dryers are at somewhere between waist and chest height.. I imagine he must have had to do some contortion to.. umm... get it in position!?! Standing on tiptoes

He was just standing there staring at the ceiling, foreskin pulled back and a smile on his face
Not that I looked for very long of course

So you can understand the logistics of it Ben, I went back in yesterday. It's quite low; about an inch lower than my belly button. I just got home and measured the height of my belly button and it is 40" so that makes 39" from the floor to the bottom of the drier. He was around six feet tall which is similar to me. Given this info you can draw your own conclusions to any other dimensions but he wasn't on his tip toes
