Speed Change Program?

hey all rolleyes.gif is somewhere on net some free program what can play the Gmc backing track on diferent speed???
becouse actualy i'm learning now Slayer beginer lesson from Liam and i'm belive i'm can made 120bpm backing soon on good level..the problem for me is the backing on 140bpm is sound like full song{there is allready the guitar} and i'm wana avoid that and train this without the guitar sound

If you hear the guitar on the backing track you can not remove it. There is no such software, especially not for free. I don't know about that Slayer lesson but all backing tracks shoud be available in 3-4 different speeds. If that one has guitar and you don't want the guitar, ask the instructor to export one track for your needs.

no i'm don't wana remove the guitar i'm just wana take the slower backing{without guitar} and give him speed cool.gif
actualy i'm have similar program few month ago but i'm removet from my pc and i'm forgot the name of the program..

you can change speed with some plugins. If you use cubase there should be something called "strech audio" or similar. I also have a small program called "Transcribe" that can slow the track. If you go for more than 30% the result is really bad but works for practicing.

thats can help but there is not be easy to set right speed

If you use Cubase/Nuendo ask Lian to give you the backing, then import the backing into project, and set it to proper bars@120bpm tempo. Then dial in the 140bpm tempo, and stretch the event so it comes to the same bar as it was on 120bpm tempo.
