I think Owen is mostly right - copyrite in this case is limited to 70 years on the composition after the composer's death BUT there is an additional issue regarding the arrangement. As far as I am aware technically in order not to breach that you should play your own arrangement and not one that is already available.

The safest way is to put it on you tube and link to it from here smile.gif .
