Hey guys, been a while, I`ve been busy getting a rock duo together but starting to get more time back for myself biggrin.gif

anyways, at the moment for us rehearsals are not a problem apart from all the PA gear etc that we have to lug around and set up/breakdown, one rehearsal we got talking about if we couldnt practice where we do at the moment (which happens to be free and we can practice more or less when we want for as long as we want), what are other options?

of course, we could always go to rehearsal studios etc but they can get quite pricey, (our old one was £45 for 3 1/2 hours), or find a hall etc, but again, could have noise restrictions imposed etc etc.

so, doing some surfing on line I came accross this :

Called a "Jamhub", for us as a duo using prerecorded drums, bass & keyboards this could be a really good solution, if your a full band unless your drummer has an electronic kit then I couldnt see much use, different models for different amounts of inputs, and could possibly be used in some form of "live" environment too I`d imagine?

I wondered, has anyone here seen this in action before or even had the chance to try or indeed use one for any purpose? would be very interested in hearing your opinions etc

Hey guys!

been a while but gives me great pleasure to announce this new SI Lesson from Christian in the style of Die Toten Hosen! biggrin.gif

Christian has waited patiently for me to approve this lesson (thank you smile.gif ) and has reworked some quality issues for me too, so if you`d all drop by and look it up it`d be much appreciated and of course something new to learn!!

not anything that I`d heard of before but this tune has a great groove!!

thanks Christian for your continued efforts on the SI board, much appreciated!!
