i want to play metal in C tuning. whats the tuning? Not drop C. do i get this by tuning each string two whole steps down?

Yes, two wholesteps down from standard E.

so it would be C-F-A#-D#-G-C right? now what abut string size. should i go to a heavyer gauge?

10s will do.. but the strings might sound a bit floppy

If i would use C tuning, i think i would used 12' strings ..

Definitely go for 12 or even 13, thin strings are not really useful when you tune down a guitar that much, they will get too sloppy.
