Hello. I just started playing again after not for a year or two. I've found my right wrist feels really weak when I'm trying to play sweeps now. All the little muscles around the wrist bones feel atrophied. Anyone have any good exercises they could recommend beyond playing guitar?

Do some wrist stretching every once in a while,
if you haven't played for few years as you said than your muscles
need some time to adapt, but don't push it too hard tho,be careful.

And practice of course. smile.gif

Be very careful to warm up because you brain knows the chops but your muscles can't execute them at such speed anymore, so you wanna give them time to adapt and develop a little before you continue where you left off. Great to pick up guitar once again? smile.gif ROck on man!
