They are going to Australia, so close to New Zealand! But just far enough so that I can't afford to go .
I don't think they have ever graced our country
Oh well, we get Santana, The Police and RATM next year for the first time.

In short Bruce Dickinson is flying, yes he will handle the sticks himself, norwegian fans from Oslo to Stockholm for the concert. On Bruce Air 666!?! Is this true?
Posted by: SLASH91 Nov 6 2007, 11:49 PM
They're not even coming close to me , and I sure can't afford to go to California or New Jersey
Posted by: ClifordACDC Nov 6 2007, 11:57 PM
i live in new jersy but i still doubt ill be able to. if i did it would be my first concert.
Posted by: SDMF75 Nov 6 2007, 11:58 PM
They are supposed to be hitting two months worth of dates in North America during May & June. No dates have been announced though. I'd be willing to drive 3 or 4 hours to see them as I haven't seen them since Fear of the Dark. Pretty much the only band that I'd be willing to travel to see anymore.
I'm anxious to see what cities they're going to hit in the Spring.

one of my main reasons to go to wacken next year I always wanted to see them live but their concerts are really expensive. And now i can see them and about 80 other great bands too on a festival
Posted by: Davidian Nov 9 2007, 01:14 AM
I saw them in Graspop, Belgium this year! It's was so awesome, I stood in the front row with not an inch of space

The only Canadian show is in Toronto. I'm living out in Victoria, BC but i'm flying out east for the show. I also took a second job (full time - *sigh*) to be able to afford to go.

Posted by: KRmachine Nov 16 2007, 09:17 PM
I have one ticket for each of the Sweden shows, they sold out almost immediately but I got lucky. I can't wait!

Whoa.... Here in Italy it's 1.32 €/litre at the moment the LOWEST you can find (will go over 1.40 near highways). Let's convert it in U.S. friendly dollars/gallon... 6€/gallon and strong euro vs dollar = 8,6$/gallon. Don't faint
The only thing I can think of is that in the U.K it costs even more!
........ And in the U.S. I could refill my scooter's tank for just over 3 dollars??
Back on topic, Iron Maiden is coming by in Bologna, but the ticket price is
103,50 euros!!! That's approx 150$!!! I think that's very much exagerrated, althought you get Avenged Sevenfold there too...
I don't think I'll ever get to see Iron Maiden for free.
By the way, how much does it cost in you country?

For those that hav'nt seen this, check it out. I never would have thought Dickenson could do this as well!

Bruce was also once offered to be on the Olympic Fencing team, but do to his touring with maiden on the world slavery tour, he couldn't do it.
Bruce is full of surprises

Can't make it to Wacken this year and it's the only Iron Maiden gig in Germany for 2008!
