My fave guitar plugin (Overloud TH2) is having a sale and TH2 is only $99. It's the best plugin for that price on earth IMHO. Dual signal paths, killer sims. Just wanted to share smile.gif

If you're getting noticeable latency, that's probably more due to how you have your computer and audio interface configured, rather than anything inherent in TH2. You should be able to dial down the latency using your DAW and/or your audio interface to where it is quite small, no more than what you would get with a real amp when sitting a few feet away from the cabinet.

Can this operate independently or does it need to be embedded in a DAW? Also, how does it compare to LaPou?

I have zero latency with TH2. Then again I have no idea what kind of rig you are running? I"m on a mac with dual core i5 and run with 128 samples or less. smile.gif

I'm on a Mac so I don't use LePou. But from what I've heard I prefer it and it's a complete system with dual signal paths. E.g. Two amps, up to four cabinets with four mics, imported IR or iincluded IR, FX chains on each channel, etc. The most complete plugin I've used and it works STANDALONE or as a plugin.

They have a pretty underwhelming promotional machine compared to something like POSITIVE GRID or AMPLITUDE as they are a small, boutique company. But it's been my go plugin for years.
