How about giving this guy some encouragement he`s just starting out and trying hard.

You should practice picking both up and down ^^

you have good sense of rhythm! and your left hand seems pretty relaxed

try doing alternate picking in some parts, up and down,

also your tone could be more round not as sharp,

Sounds great to me, you play very relaxed. Try using alternate picking techniques.
