It's a new service called MELON. The basic service is FREE which is my fave price. I've tried it and it works. To me the point with live streaming is that you can interact with people in real time. If you get a chat from any platform you are streaming to, it shows up in your chat window. Makes it easy to respond without haviing to watch four chat windows. Stream chat is for anyone when you go live. This chat works only when you are live. For example, if you stream to YouTube and someone asks you a question in YouTube chat - their message will appear in stream chat. If you are streaming to multiple platforms at the same time - chat from all platforms will appear here.
